Samsung has identified an issue impacting Samsung Pay tap to pay transactions, and plan to release a fix via an update to the Samsung Pay app.

In the meantime, please ask customers using Samsung Pay to use a physical card to tap, insert, or swipe, or to pay with another wallet such as Apple Pay or Google Pay where available.
