A fix has been implemented for the delays we experienced syncing items between Square and Square Online.
New items are syncing successfully, though sellers may continue seeing some delays with existing items as the fix is deployed across all Square accounts.
We'll be back with an update once we confirm all item inventories have caught up.

Engineers are actively working on addressing the disruption causing delays with Square Sync (the service that synchronizes Square Dashboard inventory to Square Online and vice versa).
